Thought jerky was actually part of the cow. The jerky section located next to the funny bone in the thin area just below the trick knee. No, no, no.....just kidding, but I really did know there was something strange about that chewy stuff and now with your illustrations I am up to speed with the process. It looks simple enuf and because I'm way over here near my team that won the super bowl,... :-) I can't beg some of that tasty looking snacky good jerky from you....probably all gone by now anyway. :-( Didn’t realize jerky was made like that.
